Machining.

Some of the lathe machining work we do includes:

  1. Turning: We use our lathes to turn cylindrical parts to the desired diameter and length. This involves holding the workpiece in place while the lathe rotates it against a cutting tool to remove material.

  2. Boring: We use our lathes to create cylindrical holes in parts by removing material with a boring tool.

  3. Facing: We use our lathes to create a flat surface on the end of a cylindrical part by removing material with a facing tool.

  4. Knurling: We use our lathes to create a pattern of small ridges on the surface of a cylindrical part, which improves grip and aesthetic appeal.

By using our lathe machines and experienced machinists, we can produce precision parts with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. Our lathe machining services are suitable for small and large production runs and can be tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.
